1、The slewing bearing is not sensitive to rotation
(1) The work is not sensitive during the application process. Shortage of lubricating grease, fill as required. The sealing strip is damaged, causing foreign objects to enter and roll inside. If the operating conditions are poor, dust may enter and roll there; Check the meshing condition of the large and fine gears for any foreign objects or broken teeth.

2、Abnormal noise
(1) There is abnormal noise during the trial operation after assembly. The handling method is the same as "insensitive operation after installation", or insufficient meshing of large and fine gears, sometimes tight and sometimes loose, resulting in abnormal noise when the meshing is too tight in the direction of gear jumping.
(2) Abnormal noise occurs during use. There is a shortage of lubricating grease in the raceway, and there are foreign objects mixed in the pipeline, such as sand particles, iron filings, etc. Pay attention to whether the sealing strip is damaged and whether the device bolts are loose.

3、Shaking
(1) The loose bolts of the device cause shaking during operation. Please immediately inspect all internal and external ring device bolts and tighten them as required.
(2) Check for overloaded operations and strictly follow the procedures.
(3) Long term overloading operations have led to the crushing of the raceway and excessive gaps.

4、Broken teeth
Broken teeth are often directly related to the device. Improper adjustment of the clearance between the large and fine gears during installation. If the requirements are not met and the two teeth do not mesh properly during work, resulting in tooth breakage, the gap should be adjusted according to the requirements; Failure to adjust the meshing clearance between the small gear and the large gear in the direction of tooth jumping as required, resulting in the small gear getting stuck and causing tooth breakage when meshing with the large gear in the direction of tooth jumping during operation. The green paint should be used to adjust the meshing clearance between the small gear and the large gear in the direction of the road, and the test run should be carried out after adjustment as required; The first line of the large and fine gear shaft is not parallel, and the meshing of the large and fine gears behind the device is not good, causing tooth breakage. It should be ensured that the meshing of the two gears is parallel; The bolts of the slewing bearing device are not tightly fixed, and the meshing of the large and fine gears is not good, resulting in tooth breakage. The bolts should be tightened as required.
